Finally ! HC is back ! i'm really happy about this (really )
.. well , lets stick to the main problem ( lol ) .
first of all , sorry for my bad english

I have a couple of issues , i really want to use paypal to gets profits from the internet (via ads , selling websites etc...) , so i created a paypal account , validate the email , they keep saying that i can't receive any payments ... that i have to validate via a Credit card or a bank account in order to receive any payments ... , someone told me he had the same problems as mine , and he can recive payment just after he validated the email .
i could use hacked credit cards but my education and religion don't allow me to "steal' people's money , i got those credit long time ago , i did that just for training purpose .

i have a 'postal' bank account , sins its in algeria (and i am from algeria) , i can't use it in paypal .
i don't have a credit card , neither a bank account , but i want to receive money (its ok to be less than 400$ ) in ANY way possible paypal or not , it doesn't matters , i just want to make money to buy from the internet (not to get some cash ) .

i promise if any one helps me to resolve this problem , i will donate 50$ to HC (and i'll keep donating if possible ).

Thats weird, you said that you can't receive any payments? You should be able to receive them, not send them.
PM me your paypal, i'll send you 1 cent and you must tell me then if you received it.
