It's not covered by a manufacturer's warranty after only 2 months of purchase?
you've said it , imagine an item like this is treated normally as every regular item on amazon without any type of warranty more like if i bought a pack of forks .
1- item was sold through a retailer on amazon
2- item was returned in the normal return period but their agent of amazon logistics didn't even show up to pick up the item in time as item was shipped and delivered by amazon logistics .
3- item is treated as every regular item on amazon where there is 30 days return period in case if it was damaged/malfunctioned/not as description/etc ...
since it's their fault from the first moment that their agent didn't show up , i need something from their policy to silence any brain dead "rep" who tries to blame me on things i didn't even have a control on .
for instance : "why you didn't contact us when he didn't show up ?" ignoring the total fact i chose a specific date as i knew i wouldn't be available after .

My goodness, they're getting worse as the days progress.
Their return policy Is one thing, and the warranty Is quite another. Every brand new monitor purchased, has a manufacturer's warranty - which Is what you should be focusing on. Amazon can create all sorts of fanciful stories but like It or lump It, the warranty Is active on your product.

from your words i understand that my item must have a warranty some where which is totally make sense as it's a brand new monitor , which leads to the following question :
how should i use the manufacturer's warranty to force the return ?

Contact the manufacturer directly and tell them about the defect, then say that Amazon Is refusing to accept your claim for a product that's well and truly covered by warranty.
There's no question that your monitor can be replaced/repaired, so don't allow the Idiocy of Amazon to tell you otherwise. The manufacturer will suggest the best course of action.

after applying some requests from the manufacture customer service "ASUS" a conclusion was made it's indeed a malfunction which caused by unknown circumstances maybe duo to the bad delivery that might have caused an internal damage , i was pleased as i thought i'll have to return the item to "ASUS" itself but unfortunately i was told to return the item immediately from where it came from especially after knowing it was sold by a seller on amazon as such damage might be caused from the place where the product was delivered from as they are not responsible of these kind's of internal damages if it's not delivered directly from them .
should i use this when contacting amazon customer service ? i'm afraid to get the same brain dead responses without saying something solid and expressive .
what should i say exactly ?

^ That's very good news - the manufacturer supports your claim for the defective product, as well as liability on Amazon.
Do you have a record of the above conversation?

Absolutely.
It's vital to provide Amazon with the manufacturer's supported comments.

The first thing that must be done Is to get everything from the manufacturer In writing, so let's first work on this.

item returned at last , the moment i mentioned " an official case was created in consumer protection agency regarding the issue " , i found out some interesting stuff after such an experience as :
"Expedition Request" which when invoked by the representative it can speed up the return process to the point you may get an advance refund but unfortunately it got refused by management until item was fully inspected .
also their logistics agent who finally came didn't have any idea about what he was going to pick up as a return thus he was so unprepared , he was so surprised as he thought it was a small item or something ...

yes ... by the way
do "amazon logistics agents" have any clue of the item they will pick up to return , at least shouldn't they have a brief idea of item type before pick up ?

Yes they do have knowledge of the Item description.
They need such details for administration purposes.
