They asked me for my order number (through their website) I told them I didn't have it but apparently the keep logs on address defeating the point of an order number.

They've just responded them told me
"I believe this purchase would have been made through Knife Center. You’ll need to contact them regarding this issue."
I told them that this was from their website.

If you want to SE one of these without actually buying it (I assume you're underage / don't have the money to buy one..), you're fresh out of luck.
Maybe proof of purchase might work, but you'd have to get very lucky.
