On my acc it still says that return is in progress. I still can cancel it. If i do that can they rebill me?

CAN THEY REBILL YOU? Yes!
Will they? Only time will tell, but from my own experience(never happened with me) i dont think they will CHARGE YOU AGAIN!

Return in progress/transit will remain that way forever: Untill or Unless the warehouse return's processing associate or someone at their end marks it return received/completed; THEN ONLY IT WILL CHANGE ITS STATUS to RETURN COMPLETE(You'll get an email confirming the same).

But since you already have got your refund so no worries!
