I'm trying to SE a 1080 ti using the advanced replacement (EAR) where they ship the product first but charge a small fee instead of the full retail price. I'm trying to use vccs but the ones that I have tried such as privacy and cash app are declined by the processor even when they have enough funds attached. If anyone has done this method before or could guide me to better alternative vccs that would work, that would be greatly appreciated.

Probably you need AVS (address verification system) VCC. They are hard to get in some countries.

What type of actual credit cards do they accept? Most merchants will also accept VCCs of the same type.

If It's Visa, Entropay should work.

They accept .visa and mastercard. I have an entropay account but they added many hoops to jump through in order add funds since they don't allow to top up with credit .cards from the US and my financial institute doesn't have international wire transfers.
