I received an email today from an Amazon Account Specialist, stating that my account has been closed for the following reason:

Your account is directly related to an account we closed for misusing our services, which is against our Conditions of Use and Sale. As a result, we closed your account and cancelled any open orders.

Do you think they caught on to my SE? I used the leaking battery method on an iPhone 13 Pro Max back in March and I did actually get the full refund. However, an account specialist mentioned I had made a high volume of refunds previously before authorising the refund, which just isn't true, so I thought it was a bit odd not even a month later receiving this email. I think I made one previous refund on this account and that was a very long time ago, but the item was extremely inexpensive and I claimed DNA, and this was before I even knew what social engineering was. So I don't see why they would have flagged my account.

I did also purchase a dummy iPhone 13 Pro Max for my next SE attempt on Currys UK. Do you think they may have closed my account for purchasing a prop phone?

I've heard about stealth accounts and I think I should be using one. As a result of this situation, I feel I definitely need to tighten my OpSec. Could anybody possibly give me some suggestions as to what might be necessary for me? I've tried looking at VCC's too but I'm not sure you can get them in the UK. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So you created a new account with the same information (except maybe email) to make a new refund after you had 2 on your old account? Is this statement correct?

No. This is the only Amazon account I've ever had as far as I'm concerned

Is that the complete email message?

If they did Identify suspicious behavior with the SE Itself, action would've already been taken.

Did you address the matter accordingly?

Is there a reason stated for the account closure?

Other than a very generic automated response. I replied to the email and was sent the same email again.

Yup OFM is a joke. I honestly don't believe there are people monitoring that particular handle (for all countries).

It's a generic template they use for all account holder's who've violated their terms under similar circumstances as yours.

Do you require assistance with creating new accounts that will not be detected as multi-accounting?

Yes. Assistance would be greatly appreciated so that I don't keep getting flagged for multi-accounting.
