can someone help me get a refund on eBay? I bought a switch off someone for £230. it arrived and wa signed for. I told the guy it hasn't arrived and I have cctv to prove it. I do but the cctv is 3 hours too early. it said it arrived at 10.01 which 10.01 on my cctv is like 8am I videoed that as proof it didn't come but eBay wants me to get a missing item form and investigation from Royal Mail as they can track where it was signed at. I dunno what to do can someone help

It's of no relevance "where" It was signed, but rather whether "you" received It. There's a big difference between delivering a package, and personally receiving It.

I didn’t use my own signature. It says signed by “my surname” but they never asked for my surname. Thanks for the reply.

Simple involve PayPal by opening a case through them they will ask for action feud report either fill this out or photoshop one doesn’t take long and they will refund you straight away

In the UK PayPal requests you to fill out an action fraud report, when the item says delivered but you say you haven’t got it. Simply call PayPal up and they will send you the link and instructions

Ugh I hate PayPal, someone hacked my account once and spent $500 and PayPal denied me a refund request had to call my bank. Another time someone scammed me and they refused fucking garbage company I had to make a new account because for some reason mine wasn’t liked.
