Account was few years old with legit purchases and reviews. First refund I had done on the account. Refund was processed last week but account got banned today.

Did they specify why the ban took place?

They did not specify but it was very obvious to me. It was for a FTID which worked, refund was received then a week later the ban came. My friend had done the exact same company/product around a month ago and his was fine so I was just unlucky. I still got to keep the refund however.

When going on livechat to ask, the person just replied with 'We have decided it is best for both of us to part ways' something along those lines. And the reason for for excessive returns claims even though this was my first ever return on this account which has many transactions and was a few years old.

I am able to use a friends account for now so hopefully I will be clear for the future as I do not plan on refunding through eBay again.

I know this is a little late but did you receive an email saying that you won’t receive “any fees paid or payable for listings that ended will not be refunded or otherwise credited to the account” I’m in this same situation and I don’t know if I’m going to get a refund.
