From eBay ^. What should be my plan here? For a phone, box is opened already. Was thinking of boxing with dry ice and re taping sticky part of envelope with masking tape. Only issue is whether or not I send the actual box back in or do I just throw the dry ice in. It’s obviously extremely cold so I was thinking of using original box. Do I need to declare it at its proper cost? Have weight of it already.
