Managed to get hold of live chat today and have the email asking me to try different charger etc. the email also says that i may be eligible for a replacmeent but asks for a serial number, not seen that mentioned anywhere. this is what they have asked me for.

well, Jaybird have told me that the item needs to be returned to Amazon for them to replace it. contacted pretending to be the wife and Amazon told me that they would replace it if if I got in touch and gave them the order number.
Time to try again with a PoP from a store other than Amazon.co.uk. Bloody Amazon's great customer service fucking me over!!!

Little tutorial made by me on how to social engineer Jaybirds.

What you require:
A tracking number you got recently. If you don't have one just search for a hidden one around google.
Fake receipt (A amazon receipt generator will do just fine)
A brain
Aand some time of course

Method:
1. Contact Live Support during the hours 8 AM - 10 PM
2. Tell them your shit wont power on or something be creative and tell them you charged it overnight still wont turn on if your using the wont power on story.
3. They will ask for the color, model number, name, address and email ( YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE ITS REAL EMAIL AND YOU CAN USE IT LATER!!)
4. They will ask for pop so bust out your amazon receipt gen or you can fake purchase something and inspect element.
5. Send it to the email they tell you send it then wait an hour.
6. Give them a fake tracking number
7. They should send you an order confirmation
8. Wait for your tracking (Usually given the same day or next day)
9. Enjoy

If you told them u purchased it from Amazon u can just say the return window closed and ur unable to send it. Or if u said u purchased it elsewhere just mention that ur overseas at the moment. For a tracking number....if u made any past orders from other websites just use those tracking numbers.....tracking numbers aren't unique
