They told they will send me an email with a  declaration that I need to fill so from that they con proceed with the investigation. They didn't send anything yet but I think it's normal since it's Sunday. Eventually I told them that I need the pc  asap because my brother is graduating and he deserves a new machine and they told me to not worry since we are "protected"

Sounds like they're ready to process the replacement/refund after the document Is received.

final update: they asked for a photo of the label with wrong weight and a last photo of the eb. First SE successful !!!!

Just a couple questions mate, was looking to do the exact same thing with macbook and dry ice. Did you simply opt for EB as in the macbook was completely missing or MEB as in the macbook box arrive with no laptop? Also, which retailer was this? Well played!
