Samsung model NP275, i bought this laptop as a hard shel without any OS built into the laptop which i can set it up anytime but when i got home, and started looking around i couldn't boot it through a CD drive or USB as there isn't any drivers available.

may i know how you reboot your laptop from the first process?
this is boot setup mate...
all samsung driver u can get it from samsung web..
and please run diagnose before reboot to see any problem in hardware or software.TQ

Shouldn't need drivers to boot off of the disc. You have to go into CMOS setup which is F2 or Del on most computers and go to the boot options and set the CD drive to the first boot option, then it should boot up.

If it's booting but not detecting the hard drive, then you need to check the hard drive to see if it's functioning. To do that most laptops have a built in hard drive diagnostics, which can be accessed by pressing F12 on boot. If the hard drive is working you may need to load drivers onto a USB drive and hit the button to load the RAID drivers when prompted, or click it if it's a Vista/7/8 install disc.
