Hi guys, today i got a backpack. My firs thoughts was to dna it, but when i got the package i saw it was tampered. Originally box was with no tape, but i think when it was traveling it was tampered and the carrier used their tape to fix it. Carrier is GLS. So maybe i coud say that i got some used similar dimensions backpack? Or it is better to dna? In sellers terms there were written that the driver must take the signature at the time of delivery but he didn`t do so. Sorry for my english...

My first intention was to use dna but when i saw the box, i started thinking of another method. But is it worth trying to say about tampered box? maybe just use dna? Seller is not very big company, revenue about 100ml. So that`s why i am thinking which method would be better to use.

Under the circumstances of the delivery, It's In favor of the DNA, so opt for that method.

If complications are experienced with the DNA, you can then mention the package was tampered with - which serves as a backup.

So today i have contacted them via chat with dna. They asked to fill out a form that i didn't receive the parcel and then they`ll start investigation with carrier. Form is called consignee declaration. There i have to fill: DATE, NAME/SURNAME, TRACKING NR., ORDER NR., DELIVERY ADRESS, STATEMENT, SIGNATURE.
