asus rog ally z1 with SN

Well im currently trying to get a n asus rog ally with the rma and just box them does anyone have experience with asus rma?
i already created a pop from a local store and submitted it i got an email from asus that i had to arrange the shipment for my rma, so my question is does asus pickup ur rma or do u receive a label? (i am from europe)

I think you have to ship personally mabye they do pickup not sure best read their RMA policy.

I doubt they would pickup. It's probably best to just ask for a shipping label.

Are you boxing with dry ice, it's a heavy laptop?

I probably would be dropping a LIT ont it if not weighted ftid with rice could work aswell

They sent me a link to confirm my address but also an email that says i would get a label thats why im confused
