When i contacted argos live chat and i used the EB method the person said it must be a manufacturer error then i carried to social engineer him. At the end he came to a conclusion saying no need to worry as the refund will raise from our end. After that he said i would recomend kindly contact your card issuer and tell them to raise a refund request to argos and then argos will solve it for you. but the card i used the company didnt have a number it went right into mastercard and when i called them they said we cant do that but we can give you a dispute form and you print it out fill it out and send it to us then you should recieve your refund but they said it would take around 30-90 days to give the refund. @mothered would you please try help me do i do the dispute form or not

Then why hasn't the refund been processed?

Obviously It's been approved, so why are they telling you to go through your bank? These are the questions you should've asked there and then. It's not hard to Identify their mismanagement of your claim.
