I just checked and unfortunately they are not responsible for items that are lost/damaged during shipping so DNA most likely will not work.

Being 240g it's probably too heavy for EB method too. Their website is otherwise pretty vague in terms of returns. Any other recommendations?

As long as CCTV cameras are not In place, the wrong Item received method can be used.
