i literally didn’t open the door.
Ask them to provide you with a copy of the photo, that "clearly shows" that a member of the household personally accepted the package.
Companies believe It's perfectly fine to ask account holders for photos as proof, so now It's their turn to give you the Images as requested.

Then they'll have no hesitation In sending another.
Is the photo that you've received, consistent with their following reply?
Quote:the package has been delivered and received by ‘X’

i guess not as the photo only shows the package outside my door and my door is closed.

As such, they're clearly not being truthful.
As mentioned, ask for the photo.

If they have nothing to hide, then they'll have everything to show by fulfilling your request.
Wait for their response and we'll take It from there.

almost 15 hours since the email, no response yet. i highly doubt they’re busy, think they’re disregarding my issue.

It's not even one day, so wait until tomorrow and shoot off another email.
Keep doing so until they respond.

they replied saying that DPD doesn’t require signatures but only a photo showing a member of the household receiving the package, and to check with my neighbours.
i replied back saying i’ve checked with neighbours and they do not have it, and acted a little frustrated.
