Are there any amazon invoice generators currently working? I searched sinisterly but many generators cannot be accessed. Required for the co.uk domain.

Why amazon invoices specifically? I would suggest using non PDF invoices from companies that allow you to edit them via inspect element. Invoices that are sent via email preferably. Otherwise just download a real amazon PDF invoice and edit it in Microsoft Word.
