Adidas did me an investigation they wrote that I would get an answer within 14 days it's been over 10 days and they still haven't written me back I wrote to them a few days ago and today and they write me back again and again saying they are sorry for the delay but they want me to wait a few more days is this normal? what is the point why is it taking so long?

They told you to wait 14 days, so i would suggest waiting until 14 days have passed.

14 days have passed right now Smile , I don't know what the issue is I always got a response within a maximum of 4 days , I wrote a few hours ago in chat and he asked me if I want to contact the supervisor I wrote that yes, the supervisor is to contact me by email within 24 hours
