So as some of you may know I've been going to a gambling addiction specialist. It's been erm.. pretty good. I hope by the time 24 hits I can say I no longer have the urge to want to gamble.

never gamble more than you can afford , even that sometime is hard but better jump into trading rather than Gambling

i had big addictions on my life, and all i can tell you is, the only way is to first recognize them like you did, and second just leave them behind, and yes... you will never forget them and you will every time remember how good they made you feel and how bad they did to your life.
So its all about wanting to put those addictions out of the way
