I want to try to SE Zara but I do not know how good their processes are.
Are they hard to SE?

Just forget about zara... I contacted them literally 5-8x and they always said I have to wait 1-3 days each time for the investigation.... after 30 days I gave up and sent everything back.

Same with me, I was told I’d be refunded next day they tried calling me I called the back and they said it was packaged and delivered correctly, had them do 3 investigations came back saying the same thing each time.

Next time, ask them to put It In writing via email.

As such, they cannot decline what they've stated.
