Hello, so I ordered 4 items via Zalando,
but 2 of them are from Nike, 2 from another shop. Both are sent by Zalando, but it will be in 2 single packages. Is there a chance to refund all items?

Were the packages delivered at the same time?

Since everything is bought through Zalando they're the one who approve your refunds (or at least know about them).

It's possible to refund 2 packages, but looks pretty suspicious to the website, maybe a little less if you manage to refund sending it back all at once (FTID, LIT, boxing or other methods like these).
