Hey. Today i peb’ed zalando lounge. Two items wort 70€ combined. After i called them they sent me a document to fill in. As soon as i sent back the document they issued me a refund. Now wondering if i got lucky or its always a case with them. If instant refunds are normal, whats the highest amount you have succeeded with?

It's an Internal company document that doesn't go further than the claim's assessment, so you did the right thing by signing It.

Congrats on your refund.

Congrats. As mothered stated, the document isnt even legally binding, so well done by signing it.
