I’ve just been asked to provide Id along with the statement, first time I’ve been asked this as well. I can’t provide it as I’ve changed my name and used a different address. I’m not really sure how I’m going to proceed with the SE now.

Been told without ID they can not proceed with the investigation with out ID.

Is this your first refund with Zalando at your own address? How much was your order total?
This ain’t the first refund I’ve done with them, that’s is why I’ve used and different last night and a different address. The order is £1100+ trying to refund about £700 of it. I honestly don’t see how I can get around the id part if I used different details to my own.

The problem Im thinking is that they may link my real name and address with a previous refund I did 18 months ago. I’m not sure I’m willing to take that chance or not.
