Hi i want to SE an Package from Zalando (DE).

Package Weight: 2kg
Itmes: 8 (6 Clothes, 2 Watches)

So package arrived today, no sign, member of the more famaly house has "accepted" it. And it was stored again on the hallway.

So i preffer to go DNA, but i never did with clothes so any experince with this? Read a lot about partial etc.

I want to have the full box.

well partial is refund for some items, if it all came in one parcel, id say DNA as you can get a refund for everything you want.

The contents are not relevant when using the DNA method.

The partial Is always based on the weight of the Item(s).

What's the combined weight of those you're planning to SE?

No, just got a message it was accepted by neighbour but no sign on package or so.

When using the DNA, It's not good practice to get the neighbor Involved.

However given there was no verification on delivery, there's no evidence to suggest that your neighbor (or anyone for that matter) personally received It, so you're good to go with the DNA.

Too heavy for the missing Item/partial.

So i did a partial by chatting with them an said 2 Items whrere not in the box. About 300gr. They refunded it.
