Good news that your claim has been approved, but It's strange that It cannot be Initially refunded In full. A refund speaks for Itself - reimburse  the full amount of the original purchase.

We'll see how their payments department responds.

Final Update:

Basically after the chat with the lady I received an Email from her stating that I should receive the full amount in the next 48h… so the payments department wasn’t needed to intervene.
