Hi community, has anyone dealt with Zalando UK and the dispute on PayPal? Do they respond to the dispute or is it possible to win?

They respond but just box them and you should be good to go. Remeber to pay for the label not use the one that they provide.

Why do not use their label? It’s weird to use my own as I can send anything/anywhere saying it’s delivered.
Address from label and pp should match
You need a proof of postage as well.
