Hello I have made an order on Zalando and I was planning on using the partial method in order to SE them. I made an order of 9 items and was planning on saying that only 4 came.
The problem is that for some reason Zalando have sent the order split in two. Theres one parcel with 6 items and one with 3.
I am wondering if saying 3/6 items came in one box and 1/3 in the other would work?
Any advice welcome.
