Hello, I get my item from zalando 12 days ago and thinking about refund it. Is it easy to get refund with DNA method? Item is jacket, its too heavy for missing item. The carieer didnt require my signature but on tracking it says that I signed for it. Which method should I try? I dont have time for dry ice, is DNA a good chocie?

Yessir, I said that ,,I didnt have time to checking my packages. 4 days after initial delivery time I realised that my package didnt arrive. Contacted carieer company and finally they redirect me to the zalando support." I think its okay.

Okay so today I got vistation frop dpd carieer. I sad that I received package all good, idk what is he talking about. I hope zalando will block my accounto only. SOmeone said me that for zalando DNA is a stupid SE method and its really easy to fail. Idk how can I fck zalando except partial method if DNA is wrong one

You shouldn't have said that you received It.

The carrier visiting your home Is part of their Investigation and as such, the company will take the driver's word over yours, which will obviously work against you.
