hi i tried to DNA Zalando with a pair of shoes worth 220€ (1 and half year aged account), but after an investigation they told me that they could not refund me because it results delivered. even in chat they tell me they coudnt do anything and they rudely ended the chat. maybe the problem was the courrier (amazon). i was thinking about returning them similiar shoes but a lot cheaper (so boxing them), but i fear that with an order over 200€ they would check it. what should i do?
