I’ve called them today, they told me they will contact the carrier and start an investigation, they’ll let me know something within 3 days.

Hi bro, I'm currently doing a zalando worth 300, I know someone who's done a DNA successfully since Hermes are quite incompetent. With THE DNA, I won't be home so someone else would be signing for it, do you advise i just say I never personally received anything etc and the refund would work?

In terms of the DNA, they couldn't possibly argue against this.
The postman significantly helped with the successful outcome. Why he handed the package to the janitor, Is beyond me.
