Grab my four laptops and that's all. I don't think that losing documents, cc, driving licence and suff like that is a big issue, one can always get those back.
The main issue would be the total loss, which would be very high

I'd grab my Phone, Wallet, Personal documents, shoes and my cat. I'm quite sure I can pull all of that off in like 2 minutes (I hope :S)

With the excessive climbing gear I have around and living on the <3rd floor of a build made of concrete I would have to say I would set up a rap, grab my laptop, personal docs, CCW, and then head out. But honestly fire security here is so sensitive if you take too steamy of a shower the alarms will go off so I'm not too worried about the two limit time marker
