YouTube Preppers 09-14-2015, 01:33 AM

So most of the preppers in the world with Internet access usually take the time and browse YouTube for ideas and gear reviews or even tips for prepping because there is a bunch of preppers with YouTube channels who do that.
Unfortunately some of the more famous YT preppers are spewing out bullshit and misleading people into assuming this is better then that or paying more for this is better then paying less for that. On top of all of that they are given free products from gear and mainly knife manufacturers in exchange for positive reviews when some of these products are truly junk.
Another thing I notice is new/beginner preppers tend to choose these famous YT peppers paths and buying the gear they have instead of choosing there own path and getting proper gear for there specific locations and this is not good its going to end up getting them killed in a real world scenario.
My suggestion go ahead and watch these YT preppers but do not follow or trust what they say you need to gain experience your self, you need to ALWAYS test gear out yourself and not believe just because they say its good that it truly is because it is not going to always be the case and the gear may actually be junk and let you down in a real scenario. If you don't/Aren't going to use it, don't buy it.
If you ever have questions regarding prepping you can always shoot me a PM.
