Hello, would like to share my refund expierence with CONFIRMED app (adidas).
Recently won the yeezy raffle on the confirmed app £200 order, some people say it is different to the Adidas website however it is not.
Simple DNA worked, went on live chat claimed that I couldn't find my parcel. Rep said an Investigation and they will get back to me within 24/48 hours
12 Hours later refund confirmation + a 20% discount processed.
Note - I have 3 orders on this account, and 2 of them are refunded which includes this one. no clue how they have not caught on
