Hello everyone, any advice for a YOOX refund? they delivery their staff with UPS, the investigation process is different and more accurate.

same question. if i wanna buy a off white loafers for 450$. FTID or dna does work in the usa? weigh is 2 pounds. I heard refund could be done via paypal

In terms of the DNA, It depends on the circumstances of when the package was received. As for PayPal, a dispute/claim Is the last resort - when all else has failed.
