Was looking to SE a yeti bottle as I've heard they're quite good. I've had a look at their terms and is says that if I give them authority to leave, that "we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended". I'm inferring that this means if I do not, I will be able to DNA?

There's no mention of the package handed to the Incorrect recipient, so If you fake sign It, you didn't personally receive It (someone else did) thus the DNA Is good to go based on those grounds.

Do note that every major carrier operates In the same fashion - If you provide delivery Instructions, you're responsible for the lost shipment.
