Would like to try and SE Xgimi company who sells projectors internationally. Last order I made, they used Amazon logistics for delivery.

I didn’t find any Information SE related to the company. CCTV ? Safe to refund ? Item I would like to buy weigh 3KG and is around 1400€.

They do have PayPal as a payement method so my original thought was to box them and if they do not refund I can escalate to PayPal and get a refund when I show them the tracking.

Thoughts on this company and the method for this item ?
I do not want to use DNA method.

You'd need to very accurately calculate the dry Ice sublimation time both In storage and In transit.

Mora issues I would say. I would prefer not to put the delivery guy in trouble for my own greed. Though, giving the price of the order, I would likely have to give a code/password to confirm the delivery making it pretty hard to DNA I guess.

About the dry ice, I thought it only needed to match during the deposit at the postal service. Am I wrong ?

Depending on the delivery route, the package may be weighed several times (and possibly stored at a given depot) before It reaches Its destination.

Damn might be screwed for a box then: could ultimately try DNA if I can , but I live in an apartment not a house so they never leave the package in front of the door. Should I use a drop and find a house I could get it delivered too and hope he leaves it at the door ?

How are packages accepted?

In the mailroom and signed for, or otherwise?
