Hi everyone, I’ll try to SE Dell.de with the wrong item method. I have one of their articles (XPS13) that I cannot refund legit so now I wanna get a better version of the product (XPS 13Plus) with wrong item method.
I will make an order from my main account for a normal xps and from another acc orser xps plus, get them both delivered to the same psotal code area and when they come just say that I received the wrong item, thoughs?
