LUnix was made to run on the Commodore 64, and 128. It can be ported to other systems with the 6502, or 6510, but there is currently no preexisting port.
You can't port it to x86, as it is made in 6502 assembly. You may be able to create a minimal OS with a C64 emulator, but you can't run it natively.
You are probably looking for a "Linux" distribution. For beginners, I recommend Debian net-install. The net-install disc will boot into a text-based installer, and leaves you with a cli. It makes you learn everything that you need to know, without being
too hard, as Debian is a pretty easy distro.
If you don't like that idea, you should probably go with Manjaro. It has everything set up for you, with a GUI frontend to a package manager. It's as easy as, or easier than Windows.
If Manjaro is too set-up for you, you should try Antergos. It is similar to Manjaro, as they are both pre-set-up Arch versions, but it is less "bloated" than Manjaro, and you get to do a bit more yourself.
My advice for getting started: Figure out how to use a search engine. I don't mean going to google.com and typing "How to use Linux". I mean, learn to use a search engine
well, and learn how to find what you are looking for.
I recommend
http://duckduckgo.com as a good search engine.
