The problem is that windows 8 does not allow me to boot into another OS im trying to find a way to bybass it.....

In short, you need to disable Secure Boot and enable Legacy Boot in your Bios. Not knowing what kind of workstation you do have and assuming your workstation came with Window's 8 by default, the above will solve your problem with the time taken to carefully read the instructions via the link given.
This way, you'll learn something of your own will, and can help others in the future who face a similar problem.
