Why do company’s accept SE #1
“As a result, risk of loss and title for products purchased from a Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.”

The above is listed on dicks sporting goods term of use but dicks is refunding all the DNA orders , so how to determine if a company is SEable?

Just do a test run. Like order something cheap and see if the SE works for the shop you want to SE. Yeah, like not every time the things that are written are true.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

A little exaggerating, but I see a lot of forums are saying dicks is super easy hit. But on dicks terms they claim no liability on lost orders so just wondering how companies actually handle these DNAs

Are they specifically referring to the DNA?

Something Is not right.

Do you have Dicks' terms where It states they're not liable for lost shipments?

“ risk of loss and title for products purchased from a Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier” is this equivalent of saying not responsible for lost shipment

They're definitely not liable for lost shipments.

^ That SE'er either dealt directly with the carrier that was responsible for loss of goods, or Dicks approved the claims at their discretion.
