Why can't we tag anymore?

Hi

I remember we were able to tag people using the "@" before writing their name, now it doesn't work anymore. Was it removed on purpose or it's just a bug?

Oni recently temporarily removed viewing access to the member list page from members due to abuse, it could be the same reason why you can no longer view top posters and top repped, as well as use the mention BBCode.

It must be this reason, but I can still see top posters of the month

Pretty much this. It's been temporarily disabled until we add rate limiting.
