This is why I may have yet to watch it...

Hey, random question: Otaku used to run streams on weekends - Would you want to join us if we start doing them again?

Yeah I watch anime every day or so, well if the time is decent uk time

Oooh you're British! (Me too but living in USA atm.)

Otherwise I either use crunchyroll, find the anime on moetube.net (which actually has a surprising amount of anime, and no ads if you use an Ad blocker, but, it's better to not if you want to support the production etc etc)

Otherwise I get the anime through..err...other means onto a remote server at home I got off Ebay for a really bargain price, where I have PLEX installed so I can stream it when I'm on campus. I do that mostly because my U has ridiculously strict rules against torrenting (I got my internet access restricted just last week because I was using resilio. Talking with Tech support they gave me the go-ahead and said they would unblock me, but they never did. Luckily they're not very good at their job so I just spoofed my Mac Address.)

Netflix original shows are dope, btw. Currently watching Black Mirror/Narcos and they are awesome. Stranger Things was amazing, too. And I love the support Netflix is giving Anime Publishers, too.

Stranger things!! YEUUSSS!

I agree though, I like how they do that. They're not silly, they're recognising the US market for it. From experience, the UK version of Netflix has less shows on it. However, the US version also means you miss out on some of the best British shows that are on there!

I used to run them between midnight to 3am to be honest, so if that's cool then maybe we can stick to those timings and set something up Smile

Haha, that's fair. We usually get members to contribute suggestions and go for the popular votes. If there's something you don't like in one stream, it'll be totally different in the following stream.
