If I order something from Amazon and use the DNA method, who is liable for the damage? Amazon or the delivery company? With which methods does the company always bear the damage?

It depends on the company, some state in the Terms and Conditions that they are not resposible for anything that happens once the carrier takes hold of the package, yet most do offer a solution because that would be very poor customer service.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. is this also with the "wrong item received" method? I would actually want to harm amazon financially....

If it operates in your country, you could SE an item delivered by amazons own delivery company - AmazonLogisticd
trying to square the circle.
