I don't support Mitt, but being prior military I do not support Obama. I saw how what he was doing really affected things first hand. However, I voted for Mitt because Obama is doing nothing but run our bills up. You can blame Bush for the lack of funds all you want, fact is Obama claimed he would repair that and has only made it significantly worse - with no plan that seems to be working.

Had he stood a chance, I'd have voted for Ron Paul. As was stated earlier, change is what is needed. A lot of people seem to think you vote somebody in for life. Its only 4 year terms. Right now our main problem is the economy, and that is what needs to be addressed. After that, we will have different candidates to address different problems and that is what you should be voting for - what really matters to keep the country stable.

I read in there something about food stamps. The majority of people who use food stamps "need" them because they are either lazy or foolish with their money. Tell me, why is that something that our tax dollars should be responsible for?

I think I love you.

Anyways, yeah, I couldn't vote, but, if I were able, I'd have voted for Romney. Obama had his try, and nothing seemed to improve. I've heard a report or two saying that it improved slightly, but, at least here, we can't feel it at all.

I did not say that I expected him to fix it in four years, but I expected at least a plan to fix it. It is more than obvious that it will take time to pay off that amount of debt. However, there has been no feasible 10-year plan (or whatever amount of time you think is adequate) to recuperate our funds. If you do not plan to save money or pay off debt, then you won't - ESPECIALLY if all you are doing is spend, spend, spend.
