In terms of security, It's not the OS that's of relevance. It's the Implementations on my home network protecting my devices that you'll need to circumvent.

I use Windows for both gaming and programming...
And lots of a tools " I'm using them on Kali and Arch ", I had installed them on windows...

OS won't protect you, it depends on you yourself...
I use Anti Virus but this won't protect me so I use Firewall.
I scan my computer manually too.

playing with kali can be dangerous. 90 percent of people wont use all the tools installed.

you can install most if not all of the tools on other OS that are more secure.

kali is not meant for a day to day system but more so to boot up test some networks ect and be done.
You mind is programmable – if you’re not programming your mind, someone else will program it for you.

Arch. At the moment I am using Antetgos core.

I had openSUSE on one of my drives, but not enough stuff supports it so I moved to using Arch-based distros.

If someone says Windows XP or Vista, I'm just gonna laugh.
