Its actually pretty common for people to move from Norway to England to study, though other parts of the UK are open too. (I believe.) Reason for that is that an education in England can offer new experiences and a better reputation for work. (People like it when you are educated in England you see, dunno why though.) That and England is one of the easier countries to get into a school in if you grew up in Norway.
