Would this be the case for the wrong item method as well? I am currently in the process of an SE using this method and the rep told me that I'd get a refund when they received the items I'm going to send back. Does this mean a successful outcome is guaranteed, regardless of them opening an investigation?

The refund has been approved, but not processed.
