What should I upgrade first on my PC?

My pc is out of date so I'm working upgrading it first should I upgrade my Intel Core i5 4570 @ 3.20GHz or my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti (ASUStek Compute Inc).

Definitely get a new graphics card. A 650 would never be enough to run games.

In my opinion you should upgrade CPU, some would argue with that.

Yeah, I'm going to be another one to say Video Card. I've had a similar thing with my first gaming rig from 2009 or 2010 - It was an i7 870 @ 2.93GHz and a Radeon HD 6850 and the thing couldn't anything new at medium anymore so I slapped a cheapie but better GTX 750TI in the thing and it can still play stuff alright today.

So yeah, if you can bump up that GPU (Gonna have to also say GTX 970) then I think you'd be good.
