Is anyone else here having some issues with Fitbit, they seem to have tightened down on all their policies. If anyone knows about some news regarding their policies, like a policy update, please let me know, because as most have established, they ask for returns now.

I haven't heard of an update or anything, but people have been SEing fitbit for years. They probably got tired of hearing the same excuses and loosing money because of it. Most companies will ask you to return the item, a talented SE will be able to get out of it.

I once got a rep who asked for a picture and whatever, I photoshopped the picture. Turns out the fitbit was out of warranty, worked my way across it so the rep gave me an replacement while it was out of warranty. Never had to return anything.
